nube. La idea utópica e irreal del concepto se presenta, en este proyecto, como un elemento gráfico de carácter lúdico y, al mismo tiempo, colectivo. Basado en los comics, en las dichas personajes que son perseguidas por una nube negra, nube esta que llueve constantemente sobre el personaje, afín de demonstrar al lector el estado de espiritú de la misma, es la ideia a desenrollar en este proyecto. Pretendemos presentar un trabajo escultórico y gráfico donde cada transeunte posea una nube…
Esta nube se presenta como el elemento escultorico que reflecte el estado de espiritú de cada uno, bien como de la ciudad. No nos podemos olvidar que la ciudad resulta de la masificación total de todos los indivíduos. Así, las nubes representan, en un plan simbólico, las emociones de cada uno, o sea de la ciudad en si mismo.
Para «CloudBcn» hemos escojido como espacio de intervención la ciudad de Barcelona… sus calles, sus plazas, sus rincones. Este proyecto podria ser realizado en otros locales, nunca perdiendo su carga simbólica nin significado – las ciudades son compuestas por personas. En este proyecto las cuestiones de la apropriación del espacio, bien como del no-lugar son muy importantes.
Este trabajo resulta en la creación de nubes insuflabais, llenas com hélio, en que cada uno de los
trauseúntes caminarian con las mismas por la ciudad. Este acto performativo será filmado y fotografado para una posterior presentación. Para tal, pretendemos ofrecer a los trauseuntes una bolsa de plástico, en que en el interior contiene una nube de plástico, de una color especifica, y una breve síntese descritiva del contexto del trabajo. En este pequeño texto explicariamos cual es la nuestra intención bien como la ubicación del sitio en la ciudad a que cada uno se podia dirigir para llenar su nube con helio.
La masificación del espacio «expositivo» explanaria de una forma sencilla y, al mismo tiempo satírica, el sentimiento de la ciudad… del espacio ocupado. Tanto las distintas nubes, de distintas colores, bien como las diversas personas con distintos estados de espiritú formarian parte de este proyecto escultórico. Este proyecto es un intento de llamar a la atención del estado sensorial en que vivimos.

The utopic and unrealistic idea of the concept presented in this project, as a graphic element of playfulness and, at the same time, an idea of the term collective, is the project that we want to develop. Based on the comics, in the characters who are persecuted by a black cloud i>, that rains constantly on the character, that are use to demonstrate to the reader the mood of it, are the ideas underneath this project.
Our clouds are a sculptural representation as an art element that reflect the mood of each city. We can not forget that the city is the total of all mass individuals. The clouds represent on a symbolic level, the emotions of each one, of the city itself.
To “CloudBcn” we have chosen to intervention the area of Barcelona … its streets, its squares, its corners. This project could be done in other places, never losing its symbolic significance - the cities are made up of people. In this project the issues of appropriation of space, as well as the non-place are very important.
This work result in the creation of pumped clouds, filled with helium, where each person can walk through the city with them. This performative act will be filmed for later presentation - respective photographs from the happening are going to be presented also. For this, we will provide to everyone a plastic bag, which contains a plastic cloud of a specified color and a brief text of the context of the work. We’ll explain in this short text which are our intentions as well the locations in the city that each person can go to filling their cloud with helium and them going to the Plaça del Angels for the performance.
This is our intencion to explain, in a simple and at the same time satirical,our opinion about the idea of «city», «space». The city as a meanning to an occupied space that is exposed to different clouds from different colors as well from different people with different mental states. This project is an attempt to draw the attention to the sensory state in which we live in.
